Shipping and Returns Policy

We custom make each wheel for your motorcycle at our manufacturing
facility in Orlando Florida, USA. Our motorcycle wheels are made with pride
by bikers for bikers.  We build each custom wheel specifically for the year,
make and model. In a few cases an adapter kit might be necessary to
avoid modifications. With this in mind it is very important that you select the
correct year, make and model so that we produce the correct fitting wheel for your
bike.

We will verify by phone and email ALL orders to ensure that we build and ship you
the correct wheel. This process protects both our company and you the consumer.

There is an old saying, that carpenters measure twice and cut once. Well, we have modified that saying; Metallurgists measure twice, then calibrate, then measure again and then double check the order sheet to make doubly sure that they are cutting the right size wheel with the correct design.

If we make even the slightest mistake then we make a very expensive paper weight. We also manufacture the removable hubs, each one custom made to fit the particular year and make motorcycle that you own. 

We ship UPS ground. The price is determined by weight and distance. The shipping cost will be quoted when we confirm your order, by email or by phone. This also allow you to upgrade your shipping preference to overnight or second day air, we usually ship standard UPS ground it is the least expensive option, and it is trackable, insurable and safe.  If you are purchasing our Polished Aluminum Wheels, and we have the billets in stock, your custom motorcycle wheels should arrive at your house or shop in about 2 to 3 weeks.  

If you are still reading this then you are serious about your bike and our wheels. This is our return policy. We guarantee our wheels to fit your bike, hold air and safely get you rolling. We inspect and measure each wheel after they are polished and before they are boxed. We do everything in our power to ensure that you recieve the exact wheel that you ordered. If you made a mistake and ordered the wrong wheel (not applicable on Custom Wheel Design Process), and then confirmed by email and phone this order we can still take the wheel back, and make you a new set, however, you will have to pay for the shipping back and a 50% restocking fee; and of course full price for the replacement wheels. So make sure that you know exactly what kind of bike you have, year, make, model etc...and if you don't know ask your local dealer or call us before you place your order. We will replace ANY manufacturer defects, and we will issue a shipping code for the wheel return.
